MIGS 2025 Moorfields International Glaucoma Symposium

glaucoma Meeting London

The Moorfields International Glaucoma Symposium (MIGS) is an annual conference focused on Glaucoma Research and Innovation, Clinical Trends and Challenges as well as Service Delivery.

In 2025, they’ll celebrate their 17th meeting since the inaugural MIGS in 2008, the event will take place on January 25th and 26th, 2025 at the Royal College of Physicians in London.

The programme is developed each year by a group of glaucoma specialists from Moorfields Eye Hospital and delivered by an array of internationally distinguished speakers, with the aim of achieving an entertaining, if not sometimes irreverent agenda, as free of commercial bias as possible, discussing topical and current issues facing clinicians. The goal is to deliver an engaging and occasionally unconventional agenda, striving to remain as free from commercial bias as possible, while addressing relevant and current issues faced by clinicians, such as glaucoma treatments and advancements in minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS).

With a dedicated focus on education in ophthalmology, Laboratoires Théa have been the unique sponsor of MIGS since 2015. The 2025 symposia is set to welcome delegates from around the world with an increasingly popular programme, addressing key topics such as intraocular pressure management, the safety profile of new devices, and the importance of protecting the optic nerve to prevent vision loss.
