Your personal data collected at the time of creation of your Théacademy account are necessary to identify you, create your account and give you access to certain contents and functionalities of the Site.

– Your national professional identifier (RPPS number in France)
This processing is based on the execution of the contract concluded between you and Théa when you create an account on the Site.

These data are kept as long as you have a Théacademy account.

• Data collected when requesting a brochure or book from Théa Medical Library

When you request a brochure or book from Théa Medical Library, your personal data are processed in order to fulfill your request, including:
– your email address
– your last name and first name
– your company, university or hospital

This processing is based on the execution of the contract concluded between you and Théa when you carry out a request from Théa Medical Library content on the Site.

Your data are kept during the applicable legal duration.

• Data collected for communication purposes

Subject to your consent, communication emails relating to news in connection with Théacademy may be sent to your email address. You may withdraw your consent to receive such communications at any time.
Your data will be retained until you withdraw your consent.

• Data collected via our contact form

Théa provides on its Site a contact form allowing you to contact us for any request for information.
If you contact Théa within this framework, certain personal data concerning you can be processed in order to answer your request, namely:
